Shipping And Returns

From the time of dispatch, the package should be in your hands within 2-5 working days and sent by Courier. For orders outside Greece, please contact us.

For the return: will accept responsibility for any incorrectly shipped, damaged or otherwise faulty item. In this case we can replace the item free of charge or provide you with full refund.

For your own protection and perfect cooperation between you and the2birds suggest that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. These goods should be shipped through normal post, as we cannot refund you for shipping costs using other carriers.

Please indicate with a written document in the returns package your request in brief and if you would like to exchange the product with another item. Alternatively, you can contact us at +30 210 6524823 and let us know if you would like to exchange the item, or if you have any complaint with our service/products.

For return of non-faulty items or exchange of products, the customer agrees to bear all shipping cost. The process of returning the products must be done within 14 days from the day the order was dispatched from THE2BIRDS.


In the event that the customer maintains an account in a bank with which the store does not cooperate (EUROBANK, ALPHA BANK), the bank charges are borne by the customer.

Before returning an incorrect, undamaged or generally non-defective product, please check whether the basic requirements of return policy are met

  •        The product must not be worn and/or worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
  •        No tags should have been removed.
  •        The product was not on sale at the time of purchase.
  •        Have the receipt (or invoice) in your possession to provide with the return.
NOTE: If you have purchased a product that belongs to the OFFERS category, to change it you will have to select a product from the OFFERS category again. Products with a discount of 60% or more cannot be exchanged or refunded.

VERY IMPORTANT: Before every return it is necessary to contact the2birds and receive a confirmation for your return. Otherwise, Youplexi reserve the right to deny the delivery of any shipment to us from you.

Additionally, you should be able to include the invoice of your order in the return package, in order for us to complete the return process (Should you not be able to provide it, the return is not possible at all).

Undelivered orders

In the event that an order was not delivered due to the fault of the recipient, it is possible to refund (in credit card payments) the value of the product, deducting 5 euros for the charge of shipping costs. The process can start once the package is returned to the2birds.
